This Hawaiian burger is perfect for lovers of this delicious dish, as it has a juicy meat accompanied by a pineapple wrapped in crispy bacon and bathed in homemade bbq sauce. You can not believe it!

Ingredients

  • 750 grams of Ground beef for meat
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped, for meat
  • 2 cloves of Garlic finely chopped, for meat
  • 3 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped, for meat
  • 4 spoonfuls of Parmesan grated, for meat
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard for meat
  • 1 piece of egg for meat
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt for meat
  • 4 teaspoons of oil
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 1/2 Cup of ketchup for the sauce
  • 11/2 of tablespoon of sugar for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of paprika for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of Apple vinager for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt for the sauce
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 piece of avocado in slices
  • 4 pieces of hamburger bun
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese

    Preparation

    For the meat, mix all the ingredients and form hamburgers with your hands.
    Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan and fry each hamburger until it is cooked. Reservation.
    Cut the cheese into slices according to the size of the pineapple. Place it on the pineapple, taking care not to cover the center and wrap it with bacon. Reservation.
    Combine all the ingredients of the sauce until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reservation.
    In a grill pan, cook the pineapples over medium heat, bathing them with the sauce until the bacon is browned.
    Arrange the burgers by placing the meat on the bread over lettuce, pineapple and avocado. It serves.
