This Hawaiian burger is perfect for lovers of this delicious dish, as it has a juicy meat accompanied by a pineapple wrapped in crispy bacon and bathed in homemade bbq sauce. You can not believe it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 750 grams ground beef, for meat
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped, for meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for meat
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for meat
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated, for meat
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for meat
  • 1 egg, for meat
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for meat
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce, for the sauce
  • 11/2 tablespoons sugar, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup manchego cheese

Preparation

For the meat, mix all the ingredients and form hamburgers with your hands.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan and fry each hamburger until it is cooked. Reservation.
Cut the cheese into slices according to the size of the pineapple. Place it on the pineapple, taking care not to cover the center and wrap it with bacon. Reservation.
Combine all the ingredients of the sauce until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reservation.
In a grill pan, cook the pineapples over medium heat, bathing them with the sauce until the bacon is browned.
Arrange the burgers by placing the meat on the bread over lettuce, pineapple and avocado. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve with lettuce and avocado.

TIPS

You can add ground bread for a better consistency of the meat.
