Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 kilos beef steak
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 1 grapefruit
  • garlic, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat a large pan.
On the other side, boil the carrots, potatoes and squash.
Season the meat with garlic, salt and pepper.
Roast the meat to taste.
Cut the lettuce and cut into squares.
For the sauce, place the cilantro, the cream and the avocado, with salt to taste, in the blender until there is a homogeneous mixture.
Since the vegetable is well-roasted, cut into strips.
Roll the vegetables you like in each steak.
Finally, dip the rolls in the coriander sauce and serve with the lettuce and grapefruit salad.
