  • 600 grams meat, cow boy
  • 50 grams white onion
  • 30 grams parsley
  • 10 grams garlic
  • 5 grams rosemary
  • 2 cubes beef broth
  • 50 milliliters olive oil
  • 100 milliliters Water


Finely chop the onion, garlic, parsley and rosemary.
Once these ingredients are crushed, fry them in a pan with the olive oil, leave on high heat for 3 minutes, then add the water and stir constantly to mix flavors and ingredients.
Add 2 cubes of beef broth, lower the temperature and let this preparation rest for 5 minutes.
In a plate varnish with a brush the cow boy on both sides and let stand 5 minutes.
Put the cow boy on the previously hot grill (220 ° C).
Constantly varnish the top side with the previously made mixture.
Leave the cow boy for 5 minutes on the grill, turn and continue to varnish the already cooked side.
Once the cow boy has spent 10 minutes on the grill and varnished on both sides, remove it from the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes with the intention of concentrating the flavors.
Assemble on a plate garnished with cherry tomato and 1 sprig of rosemary for decoration.


You can add some mint leaves to give a touch of freshness, clear without losing its essential touch.
