"Lasagna" from Pan Pita with Hummus

Prepare this rich pita bread lasagna with a rich and spicy stuffed beef fillet with serrano pepper and a touch of soy sauce. Between each layer comes with the unrivaled original Libanius hummus and much Manchego cheese. You will be fascinated!

  • 1/2 cups bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, cut in pen
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 600 grams beef steak, cut into cubes
  • 3 serrano peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar, of pickled chilies
  • to taste salt
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste thyme
  • enough pita bread
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • to taste serrano pepper, sliced, to decorate
  • to taste oregano, to decorate


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the filling, in a pan over medium heat cook the bacon until the fat is released and add the onion. Cook a few minutes, add the garlic and meat.
Add serrano pepper and cook together with soy sauce, lemon juice, pickle; Season with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme. Cook until the liquid is reduced.
Arrange the lasagna in a refractory oven, placing pita bread, a bit of original Hummus Libanius, stuffed meat and Manchego cheese. Repeat until full and cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Garnish with chili and oregano, serve.


Serve a slice with green salad. Add a little jocoque to the dressing.


You can use ground beef instead of steak, although the second one will give you better flavor.
