Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos dried meat, or crush Sonoran
  • 1/2 kilos Oaxaca cheese
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, fine chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1 cup beef bouillon
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • oils

Preparation

Chop the onion into slices and tan with the lemon juice, salt and oregano.
Finely chop tomatoes and romaine lettuce.
Heat the oil to 160 degrees in a pan.
Place the corn tortilla and add the machaca with Oaxaca cheese and fold.
Add them slowly to the pan, until frying on both sides.
Place the tacos in a semi-deep dish, adding the lettuce, tomato and onion.
Bathe the tacos with the half cream.
Finish by pouring beef broth over them.

TIPS

You can change the beef broth for a tomato juice. Cook 2 tomatoes and an onion with a California chile and once cooked, grind them in the blender. Once liquefied, boil the mixture with salt and oregano to taste.
