Prepare some delicious toast of machaca that you can serve as a dinner for your family or even as a snack in a meal.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 2 cups lettuce, cut into strips
  • 2 packages dried meat
  • 1 cup tomtato, chopped seedless
  • 1 cup avocado, chopped with lemon so it does not get dark
  • 1/2 cups Pico De Gallo Sauce
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, or manchego, grated
  • 8 tablespoons cream

Preparation

This dish can be served in different dishes that people make their own toast or can be served already assembled.
Take a piece of toast and put a spoonful of beans over the whole toast. Add a little bit of dried meat, the lettuce in strips, the tomato and chopped avocado, a spoonful of cheese and a spoonful of cream.
Serve with the pico de gallo separately so that everyone can serve the spiciness they want.
