Ingredients

7 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 60 grams parsley, chopped
  • 200 grams onion, finely chopped
  • Maggi juices, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • tortilla press

Preparation

In a bowl mix all ingredients well until everything is homogeneous.
Simulating that you were making tortillas, make balls with the meat mixture and use the machine to flatten them. You can use two pieces of plastic to prevent them from sticking on the sides.
In a very hot pan put a teaspoon of oil and cook for a few seconds on each side. Avoid crushing it so that the juices do not come out.

TIPS

You can serve it with a green salad and a good red sauce and mashed potatoes.
