Ingredients

7 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 60 grams parsley, chopped
  • 200 grams onion, finely chopped
  • liquid seasoning, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a bowl mix all the ingredients well until everything is homogeneous.
Pretend you are making tortillas, roll the meat mixture into balls and use the machine to flatten them. You can use two pieces of plastic to prevent them from sticking to the sides.
In a very hot skillet put a teaspoon of oil and cook for a few seconds on each side. Avoid crushing it so that the juices do not run out.

TIPS

You can serve it with a green salad and with a good red sauce and mashed potatoes.
