This is a rich and nutritious recipe. It is an excellent option for those who want to be healthy and in shape since it is low in calories and provides everything necessary to be a complete meal.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3/4 of kilo of beef steak
  • 1 kilo of tomato
  • 1/2 kilo of cambray potato
  • 1 poblano pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Season the steaks with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
    Grate the carrot and cheese and fill the steaks with a spoonful of the grated and close with chopsticks and seal the rolls in a little oil.
    Apart liquefy the tomato, onion, garlic, chile poblano, salt and oregano, strain it and incorporate it into the rolls.
