Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3/4 kilos beef steak
  • 1 kilo tomtato
  • 1/2 kilos cambray potato
  • 1 poblano pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • oregano
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Season the steaks with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
Grate the carrot and cheese and fill the steaks with a spoonful of the grated and close with chopsticks and seal the rolls in a little oil.
Apart liquefy the tomato, onion, garlic, chile poblano, salt and oregano, strain it and incorporate it into the rolls.
Add chamitas and cook on low heat until the potatoes and meat are cooked.

TIPS

Do not add much oil when frying the rolls, just a little to seal them and preserve the flavor.
