Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams beef steak, filleted
  • 1/2 white onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 olives, stuffed with sliced ​​anchovies
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat place the olive oil, the medallions of fillet and fry, add the salt and pepper.
When the fillet is cooked, add the onion and garlic until the fillet is cooked to taste.
Finally, since the fillet has released its cooking juice and begins to brown add the sliced ​​olives and the white wine. Let cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat and serve.
