Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams beef, ground (preferably Sirloin)
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoons Dried oregano
  • 1/2 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups red pepper, ground
  • 300 grams bacon, cut into thick slices
  • oils, to taste

Preparation

Mix the meat, egg, cumin, oregano, parsley, and pepper. Form balls 5 centimeters wide.
Add oil to a skillet and seal the meatballs.
Place the sugar and chili powder in a bowl. Pass the meatballs through this mixture.
Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap the meatballs in bacon and attach a toothpick to secure the bacon.
Arrange the meatballs on a previously greased tray and bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the meatballs without a toothpick, you can accompany them with ranch dressing or a blue cheese dressing.

TIPS

If you want a more intense flavor, you can use 250 grams of ground lamb meat (ask your butcher) and 250 grams of ground beef.
