We present you with a dish that is very traditional in Mexican gastronomy, the tasty meatballs. To this recipe we add some delicious marinated rajas, which makes it an even more delicious dish.

Ingredients

Preparation

First, pepper the meat; then, add the carrot, parsley, peppermint and egg. Then, take a spoon and stir the ingredients until you get a uniform mixture.
Then, create balls the size of a ping pong ball and reserve.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until they become transparent. Add the marinated red rajas La Morena and stew a little. Next, add the chicken broth and the La Morena ketchup sauce, mix all the ingredients and cook them for 20 minutes.
Let the preparation cool and blend until you get a light sauce.
Heat a little oil and add the sauce, rectify the seasoning and if necessary, add a little salt.
In a pan with oil, place the meat balls and brown them on all sides without breaking them; then add the sauce to finish cooking and simmer the dish for 30 minutes. Rectify the seasoning again.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with white rice.
