Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the parsley, the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
For the meatballs, mix the ground beef with the garlic powder, the parmesan cheese and the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and form the meatballs with your hands, filling with the previous mixture of cream cheese and parsley. Reserve.
For the sauce, blend the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, black pepper, Hunt's® chipotle BBQ sauce, broth, cilantro, salt and pepper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown. Add the sauce and let it boil. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until the sauce is thick and the meatballs are cooked. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Serve the meatballs decorated with parsley and accompanied by rice.
