Preparation
Mix the meat with the milk, half chopped onion, peppermint, bread crushed salt, cumin and eggs; shape balls.
Roast, unravel and soak the broad chili.
Grill the tomato, remove the peel and blend it with half an onion, garlic, chili and pepper.
In a saucepan with a little oil fry the previous mixture and season.
Add 3 cups of water and when it begins to boil add the balls of meat cook about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are well cooked.
