Preparation
Mix the ground meat, eggs, onion and finely chopped parsley and cooked rice into a bowl. Spices and adds herbs.
Cook the tomatoes. Once ready, mix them with a piece of onion and a clove of garlic. Strain the mixture over a pot, add water and leave on low heat until it breaks the boil. Season with chicken broth or vegetable powder.
Form balls of the size you want with your hands, place them on a plate.
Place the meatballs inside the pot with tomato sauce. Let cook for 10 minutes approximately.
Accompany with white rice.
