Preparation
In a bowl add the meat, onion, eggs, mix until incorporated and season with salt.
Form meatballs by placing the cooked egg in the middle. Reserve.
For the sauce, liquefy the tomatoes, with the chipotle chili, the garlic, the onion and the chicken stock.
In a pot heat the oil over medium heat and pour the sauce, let cook for 10 minutes.
Add the meatballs and cook 15 more minutes or until cooked.
Serve hot and accompany with Pan Artesano®
