Meatballs with Mustard Dressing

How about trying a new meatball recipe? Give this dish a new flavor with a mustard dressing and a breaded, which will make it a delicious snack or snack for any meeting. Add to your original McCormick® Mustard dressings and create unimaginable and very practical dishes.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups ground beef, beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bacon, fried, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® mustard, original
  • to taste salt, for the meatballs
  • to taste black pepper, for the meatballs
  • 2 eggs, to breach the meatballs
  • 2 cups ground bread, to breach the meatballs
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry the meatballs
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® mustard, original for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for the dressing
  • enough lemon zest, for the dressing
  • enough salt, for the dressing
  • enough black pepper, for the dressing
  • enough parsley, chopped to decorate

Preparation

For meatballs, mix ground beef, garlic powder, parsley, egg and fried bacon with McCormick® Original mustard, season with salt and pepper, and with the help of your hands, form the bite-sized meatballs .
Dip the meatballs in the egg, breach and reserve.
Heat a pot with oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs for 6 minutes; Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
For the dressing, mix the sour cream with original McCormick® Mustard, onion powder, honey, lemon zest in a bowl; Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Serve the meatballs with the mustard dressing and decorate with parsley.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, accompanied by vegetables.

TIPS

You can substitute beef with ground chicken meat.
