Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of ground beef beef

  • 1 egg

  • to taste of salt for the meatballs

  • 2 cups of ground bread to breach the meatballs
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry the meatballs
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream for the dressing
  • 1/2 cup of McCormick® Mustard original for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons of honey for the dressing
  • enough of lemon zest for the dressing
  • enough of salt for the dressing
  • enough of black pepper for the dressing
  • enough of parsley chopped to decorate

Preparation

For meatballs, mix ground beef, garlic powder, parsley, egg and fried bacon with McCormick® Original mustard, season with salt and pepper, and with the help of your hands, form the bite-sized meatballs .
Dip the meatballs in the egg, breach and reserve.
Heat a pot with oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs for 6 minutes; Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
For the dressing, mix the sour cream with original McCormick® Mustard, onion powder, honey, lemon zest in a bowl; Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Serve the meatballs with the mustard dressing and decorate with parsley.
