Preparation
Mix the 2 meats with the garlic, egg, bread, salt and pepper until completely integrated.
Form balls of 50 grams each and pass through flour.
Heat the oil and fry the meatballs until lightly browned.
For the sauce, heat the olive oil and fry the onion, tomato, carrot, peas and potatoes for 10 minutes; add the white wine and the chicken broth with the parsley, heat until it thickens slightly.
Add the meatballs and cook for 15 more minutes or until cooked.
