Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams ground pork
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 grams bread crumbs
  • salt, and pepper
  • 50 grams wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 120 grams onion, chopped
  • 240 grams tomtato, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 120 grams carrot, finely chopped
  • 140 grams potato, cut into cubes
  • 180 grams green pea
  • 50 milliliters white wine
  • 50 milliliters chicken soup
  • 1 branch parsley

Preparation

Mix the 2 meats with the garlic, egg, bread, salt and pepper until completely integrated.
Form balls of 50 grams each and pass through flour.
Heat the oil and fry the meatballs until lightly browned.
For the sauce, heat the olive oil and fry the onion, tomato, carrot, peas and potatoes for 10 minutes; add the white wine and the chicken broth with the parsley, heat until it thickens slightly.
Add the meatballs and cook for 15 more minutes or until cooked.

TIPS

If you want you can fill the meatballs with boiled egg.
