Try this delicious and succulent recipe of meatballs in Madrid, they are very easy to cook and your family will love it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 200 grams of ground pork
  • 400 grams of ground beef
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 grams of bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 120 grams of onion chopped
  • 240 grams of tomtato peeled and cut into cubes
  • 120 grams of carrot finely chopped
  • 140 grams of potato cut into cubes
  • 180 grams of green pea
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 50 milliliters of chicken soup
  • 1 branch of parsley

Preparation

Mix the 2 meats with the garlic, egg, bread, salt and pepper until completely integrated.
Form balls of 50 grams each and pass through flour.
Heat the oil and fry the meatballs until lightly browned.
For the sauce, heat the olive oil and fry the onion, tomato, carrot, peas and potatoes for 10 minutes; add the white wine and the chicken broth with the parsley, heat until it thickens slightly.
Add the meatballs and cook for 15 more minutes or until cooked.

TIPS

If you want you can fill the meatballs with boiled egg.
