Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of paw of beef, cooked and cut in cubes
  • 1 Cup of vinegar for pickle
  • 10 leaves of laurel for pickle
  • 2 spoonfuls of oregano for pickle
  • 2 cups of White onion finely filleted, pickled
  • 1 Cup of carrot peeled, bleached and cut into slices for pickling
  • 1/4 of Cup of pickled jalapeño pepper with along with vinegar, for pickling
  • 1 pinch of Salt for pickle
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for pickle
  • 10 pieces of fried or toasted corn tortilla of corn, to serve
  • enough of refried beans To accompany
  • enough of cabbage To accompany
  • enough of sour cream To accompany
  • enough of fresh cheese To accompany
  • enough of green sauce To accompany
  • 1/4 of Cup of radish

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the cow feet with vinegar, bay leaf, oregano, white onion, carrot, canned peppers and radish, season with salt and pepper. Marinate in refrigeration for 3 hours or overnight to get more flavor.
    On a table spread Tostadas with refried beans, add the cow's feet and accompany with cabbage, the queso fresco, the green sauce and the radishes. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the tostada and accompany with white cabbage, sour cream, queso fresco, green sauce and radishes.

    TIPS

    You can get the cow's feet in the supermarket, and already chopped. Preferably, let the cow's feet rest overnight with the pickle preparation so that the flavor can absorbed by the protein.
