Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 6 beef steaks
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 serrano peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped seedless
  • 1/2 red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the steaks one by one and reserve them separately.
Add the garlic and chili onion to the remaining oil to sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato and peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
Empty reserved steaks, water and cube from Knorr® Res flavor broth.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes moving eventually to integrate all the ingredients.
It is a very typical and delicious recipe to accompany with rice or beans.

TIPS

- To season your meat stews, use 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Beef Broth (24g) for every 1.5 kg of the ingredients of your choice. - Makes 6 servings. - It is not necessary to add salt.
