Preparation
Check if the beef belly is clean, but rinse it and put it in pictures.
Split the onion and the tomato into small squares.
Split the epazote and the chiles finely.
In a frying pan, add the oil, the tummy, the onion, and the tomato, fry for 10 minutes.
Add the chiles, epazote and consommé, cook for 10 more minutes and serve.
