Nachos Guacamole with Pico de Gallo

Try and prepare these delicious nachos with strips of arrachera marinated with paprika, in addition, they are combined with refried beans, gratinated with Oaxaca cheese and served with guacamole and a pico de gallo sauce with a touch of sour cream. They are going to be the sensation!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 cups paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fine herbs
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1/4 cups onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 200 grams flank steak, thick cut, marinated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 bag Tostitos® Nachos Snacks
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 1/2 cups Dip Tostitos® Cheese and Jalapeño
  • 1/2 cups guacamole
  • 1/2 cups sour cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the marinade and submerge the flank steak. Reserve in refrigeration.
Heat a grill greased on high heat and cook the meat, season to taste with salt. On a board cut the meat into strips and reserve.
In a container place a layer of Botanas Tostitos® Nachos, add a layer of beans and arrachera, add a layer of Oaxaca cheese, pico de gallo and Dip, repeat the same action or until you get the desired layers.
Place Tostitos® Nachos around the preparation, gratin until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven.
Place a spoonful of guacamole, another layer of pico de gallo and another layer of sour cream. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve the nachos in a small box and decorate around with Botanas Tostitos® Nachos.

TIPS

Never use salt for a meat marinade, because meat is hard.
