Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 4 pasilla chili peppers, without seeds
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 beef steaks
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 4 black pepper
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups Water

Preparation

Roast chiles, onion, clove garlic and pepper in a pan over low heat to avoid burning.
Soak the above in 1 cup of water until the peppers are softened. Liquify them and reserve.
Fry the steaks in hot oil and empty the mixture of chilies previously cast.
Season with Knorr® cube Res flavor broth and bay leaves.
Add 1 more cup of water and let it boil for 10 minutes.

TIPS

- To season your meat stews, use 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Beef Broth (24g) for every 1.5 kg of the ingredients of your choice. - Makes 6 servings. - It is not necessary to add salt.
