Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cube of Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 4 pieces of pasilla chili pepper without seeds
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 pieces of beef steak
  • 2 pieces of whole clove
  • 4 pieces of black pepper
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 2 cups of Water

    Preparation

    Roast chiles, onion, clove garlic and pepper in a pan over low heat to avoid burning.
    Soak the above in 1 cup of water until the peppers are softened. Liquify them and reserve.
    Fry the steaks in hot oil and empty the mixture of chilies previously cast.
    Season with Knorr® cube Res flavor broth and bay leaves.
    Add 1 more cup of water and let it boil for 10 minutes.

    TIPS

    Me gusto muncho lo unico que le cambie fue el corte del bistec lo ise en cubitos pero igual delicioso pueden aser mas resetas como estas porfavor😀
