A rich choice of colorful and healthy food, These peppers stuffed with ground beef are a delight that everyone at home will love. Do not wait any longer and prepare them.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3 pieces of Bell pepper one of each color
  • 300 grams of ground beef black pulp
  • 1 can of mixed vegetable
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree with chipotle
  • to taste of garlic finely chopped
  • to taste of onion
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 20 grams of cheese to decorate
  • to taste of parsley to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pot, place the peppers with water to cook them.
    Once cooked, brown them a little in the pan, cut the parts in half and remove the tail.
    Fry the onion, garlic and meat with olive oil, once cooked add the tomato puree, the tin with the vegetables and seasonings with salt and pepper.
    Fill the peppers with the meat.
    Grate some cheese on top and add a sprig of parsley to decorate.
