Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 bell peppers, one of each color
  • 300 grams ground beef, black pulp
  • 1 can mixed vegetable
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes, with chipotle
  • to taste garlic, finely chopped
  • to taste onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 20 grams cheese, to decorate
  • to taste parsley, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot, place the peppers with water to cook them.
Once cooked, brown them a little in the pan, cut the parts in half and remove the tail.
Fry the onion, garlic and meat with olive oil, once cooked add the tomato puree, the tin with the vegetables and seasonings with salt and pepper.
Fill the peppers with the meat.
Grate some cheese on top and add a sprig of parsley to decorate.
