Preparation
In a pot with water, sew our pound and a half of limit until it is soft, adding a pinch of salt.
When our meat is cooked we remove the water and split our meat in 3 equal portions. The first one we process until we finish fine. The second part in juliana. The third we started in squares.
First we process it until it finishes and in a frying pan we fry it with a little bit of olive oil, spices, half onion in rings and a teaspoon of achote
The second one we start in julienne and in a frying pan we fry it with a little olive oil, Chile pepper, Chile morrón, a teaspoon of achote, spices and the rest of onion in rings.
The third we start in squares, in a frying pan with olive oil, soy sauce, spices, achote and pineapple in pieces once it is fried and golden brown turn off the fire and quickly add the lemon juice.
We integrated our 3 types of meat, rose mozarella cheese below and above, stir well. In a steam dish for microwaves we heat for about 6 minutes (The steam will integrate the aromas and flavors)
In a clay dish pour our mixture of meats and add our 1/2 cup of clean and chopped cilantro.
