Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos beef steak
  • 2 bell pepper, 1 green and 1 red
  • to taste Chili pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground garlic
  • 1/4 kilos Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/2 onions, chopped in medium squares
  • to taste salt
  • 100 grams sausage
  • 100 grams Ham
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 100 grams sausage

Preparation

Cut the meat into pieces of approximately 2 cm
Chop the onion and peppers into pieces almost the same size as the meat. Chop the green chile into small pieces.
Cut the bacon and ham into squares of approximately 1 cm. Cut the sausage into small pieces and the sausage well shredded.
Place a little oil in a large saucepan. When it has warmed up place the pieces of meat, bacon, ham, sausage and sausage, until it is half cooked.
Add all the chopped vegetables: onion, pepper, chili and garlic. Continue frying, moving from time to time, until everything is cooked to your liking.
Add the salt and just before serving the wire, place the oaxaca cheese on top so that it melts on the mixture of meat and vegetables.

TIPS

Use a spatula to serve your wire. Accompany it with very hot tortillas (wheat flour or corn).
