When the summer is about to end nothing like raising a little the temperature of your palate and that of yours with this delicious recipe chiles preferred, to the warmth of the family.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 450 milliliters of beef broth fat-free and seduced in sodium
  • 1/2 Cup of barbecue sauce
  • 5 chipotle chili peppers in tin marinade
  • 2 spoonfuls of flour
  • 1 1/2 kilos of rib short (6 to 8 ribs)
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • white rice To accompany

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180ºC.
Blend the first 4 ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Put the flour in a shallow bowl. Flour the ribs, making sure to cover both sides equally. Shake off the excess flour; cook them in batches one by one in a deep pan, 5 min or until they are browned on their sides turning them after every 3 min of cooking.
Put all the ribs back in the pan, add the sauce; make them boil. Remove the ribs from the fire and cover them.
Bake the ribs 1 1/2 hours or until soft. Remove the fat that floats in the sauce and throw it away. Sprinkle ribs with cilantro and serve with rice.

PRESENTATION

Decorate your dish with a few sprigs of coriander.

TIPS

If you like, you can change the coriander with chives of scallions.
