Beef sautéing is a dish that is prepared in less than 30 minutes and is super healthy because of its low fat content, as well as containing proteins and vegetables.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon soy, filleted
  • 500 grams beef tenderloin, in cubes
  • 40 milliliters sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, in slices
  • 150 grams broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut in half moons
  • 100 grams fresh chives, cut into pieces
  • salt

Preparation

In a wok put the oil, add the garlic, carrot, beef steak, ginger.
Then add the borocoli, chives, chili and soy.
Rectify seasoning and add salt if necessary.
Serve and decorate with sesame.
