Delicious sauteed lean beef fajitas with broccoli oriental style with a spicy touch of ginger. Topped with sesame and seasoned with soy and lemon, it will be the ideal dish for a healthy and rich dinner without guilt.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 piece of beef steak 200 g
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 piece of Chile de árbol pepper cut into aritos
  • 2 cups of Broccoli Eva® Bits bleached
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Marinade the beef for one hour in refrigeration with the sesame oil and the soy sauce. Reservation
    Heat a deep frying pan with the coconut oil, add the ginger, the garlic, the soy sauce, the chile de árbol, add the marinated meat, cook for 4 minutes, add the broccoli and season to your liking. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the sautéed on a plate and decorate with a little sesame seeds.

    TIPS

    For sautéing or short-time cooking, it is preferable to use soft meats and for longer cooking, harder meats so that they soften during cooking.
