Skewer of Chile Poblano y Arrachera

The best poblano and arrachera chile brochette recipe, ideal for a barbecue with friends or to change the dishes of the week with your children.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese in slices
  • 3 pieces of chile poblano roasted
  • 400 grams of skirt steak
  • 1 piece of purple Onion
  • 6 pieces of green tomato
  • 2 pieces of tree chili
  • 2 spoonfuls of White onion
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coriander
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation

    Cut the chili and onion into squares of the same size. Cook the flank steak and cut into squares of the same size as the previous vegetables.
    Submerge the tomato in hot water and cook. Blend with the chile de árbol and the cilantro.
