Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100 grams of beef steak
  • 1 piece of egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1/3 of tablespoon of scallion finely chopped
  • 1 piece of green lemon
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of egg yolk to decorate
  • enough of toasted bread to serve

    Preparation

    Chop the beef filet in very small cubes and set aside.
    In a bowl, mix the egg yolk with the mustard, the olive oil, the English sauce and the Tabasco sauce.
    Add the onion, parsley, capers, meat and mix. Season with green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Pass the egg yolk through hot water for 1 minute. Serve the meat with the egg yolk and accompany with toast.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with toast.

    TIPS

    You may or may not use an egg to decorate, it is usually passed through hot water to cook a little. It's important that when preparing this dish you handle the ingredients with great hygiene because everything is consumed raw.
