The 100% Mexican tacos are delicious noodle tacos. It is a very original recipe, different, fun, but above all, very tasty. You'll see how it reminds you of the noodle soup your mom used to prepare you when you were a girl.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 150 grams flank steak, natural
  • 200 grams noodle pasta, or noodle soup
  • 2 tortillas, big
  • 3 tomatoes, medium
  • oils, (the one of your preference)
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 100 grams Philadephia cheese
  • avocados, big
  • serrano peppers, to taste
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 garlic
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 green beans, whole
  • lemons, to taste
  • fresh coriander, to taste

Preparation

Guacamole: peel the avocado and put it in a blender, put serrano pepper, salt, lemon, and cilantro (to taste) and half liquefy. Reserve
Noodle soup: put the tomato, onion and garlic in blender, salt pepper to taste, and liquefy. Reserve. Put a frying pan with oil and fry the noodle soup and before it starts to brown, add the sauce, let it simmer until the sauce has been consumed. Reserve
Blanch the whole carrot (peel with grater) and cut into strips at the end and the green beans are also bleached. Wash, disinfect and cut the lettuce. Reserve.
Tacos: heat the tortillas lightly, put the noodle soup and roll them up, put a couple of chopsticks, cut the taco in half (so that they are made 2) and fry in oil, until they are golden brown.

PRESENTATION

Emplatar: put a small bed of guacamole and put the lettuce on top. Now the tacos are placed on top. Add a couple of strips of carrot and green beans. Put aside some meat strips. And finally put the cream cheese. And to enjoy them.
