The meat fajitas are a delicious dish for a dinner or lunch. The recipe for meat fajitas is composed of flank steak, peppers, tomatoes and spices.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 500 grams skirt steak, in strips
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 tablespoons refried bean
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon epazote, in flake
  • 1 tablespoon ground marjoram
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes, peel them and place in a bowl to mash with a bean masher until pureed.
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the flank steak fajitas and stir constantly while sealing (2-3 minutes).
Add the tomato puree, beans, spices and cook for 10 more minutes.
In a comal heat the tortillas and serve with the fajitas.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the fajitas with the tortillas and a Mexican sauce.

muy buenas ricas queda mejor si cocinas la arrachera al carbón y luego la preparas en sarten toma el sabor del carbon
