  • 4 beef steaks
  • 1 cup potato, cooked and in large cubes for steaks

Preparation

For the sauce: blend the onion, garlic, tomato, tree chili, guajillo chili, beef broth, cumin and cilantro until they are fully incorporated. Reservation.
For the steaks: in a small saucepan with oil over medium heat, add the onion and then add the steaks. Add the sauce by pouring it over the pot. Add the potato, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes. Reservation.
