Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams potato
  • 450 grams mushroom
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 4 beef, (thick cut)
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Beef Broth

Preparation

Cut the mushrooms into slices and the potatoes into cubes.
Cook in a pan with a little oil.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper.
Move constantly until they take a golden color.
Season the pieces of meat, season with Knorr® Broth Sabor Res and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook the meat in a pan with a little olive oil and cook on both sides until you reach the desired term.
Serve the meat with the potatoes and mushrooms.

TIPS
