Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos beef steak
  • 4 branches celery
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1 broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions, in lunettes
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Maggi juices, necessary amount
  • vegetal oil, to taste

Preparation

You put the broccoli to boil to finish it half.
