Preparation
In portions of 250 grams, remove fine fillets of tenderloin and marinate it with a little lemon, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Use the steaks as a base and put on them two slices of ham and two slices of cheese to each portion, sandwiching the ham and cheese.
Wrap the loin forming rolls and secure with chopsticks.
In a bowl put the egg, beat a little and gently pass the loin rolls.
Now pass through the flour, so that it is more cocaine, use a bit of crushed salt cracker, fine herbs, oats or other cereal of your choice.
In a pan, pour the oil and bring to a medium temperature, so that the loins are browned and perfectly cooked.
Take them out and put them on absorbent paper.
