Preparation
Wash the tomatoes, peel them and place them in a bowl to crush them with a bean crusher until they are pureed.
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the flank fajitas and move constantly while sealing (2-3 minutes).
Add tomato puree, beans, spices and let cook for 10 more minutes.
In a hot comal the tortillas and serve with the fajitas.
