Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 beef steaks, 200 gr each
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cups black sesame seed, toasted
  • 1 olive oil

Preparation

Pepper the steaks.
In an extended dish, mix the white sesame seeds with the black sesame seed and pass the fillets through them so that they are well impregnated.
Heat the oil in a pan, seal the meat and cook on both sides until it is the desired term.

PRESENTATION

Serve over a mirror of tomato sauce and pasilla chili.
