Preparation
Crush the salt and pepper in a blender or in a mortar.
Serve the steak in 4 equal parts and cover with half the pepper mixture.
Place in a refractory for microwave oven, add the rosemary and cook for 3 minutes, at full power.
Turn the steaks and cook for 3 more minutes.
Melt the butter at medium power, in a glass refractory and varnish the meat.
Sprinkle the rest of the pimineta mixture and distribute as well as the scented herbs.
Cook at medium-high power for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve hot and juicy, accompany with the garnish of your choice.
