Preparation
Cut the onion into julienne, which is not too thin or too thick.
Heat oil from the pan and fry the onion (enough oil to cook the onion but not too much, you can remove the excess when the onion is already cooked).
Once the onion is sharp, cook the pieces of liver inside the pan and season with very little salt, pepper, maggi juice and English sauce.
When they are cooked, they are ready to be served. You can accompany with corn tortillas to make tacos.
