Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 2 chile de árbol peppers
  • 2 leaves dry laurel
  • 1/2 cups Red wine
  • 2 teaspoons English sauce
  • 4 garlic, Crushed
  • 2 branches rosemary
  • coarse salt, to taste

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a plastic bag with airtight seal. Add the Arrachera. Close the bag and stir energetically.
Allow the meat to be marinated for 2 hours in your refrigerator.
