Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, add beef fillets and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
In a frying pan put olive oil and fry the fillets, once fried pass them to a dish and let stand. In the same cold pan add the marinade and add 30 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon ½ of flour to thicken it, to make a gravy. Leave it on medium heat for 5 or 7 minutes until it thickens.
Pour the fillets over the gravy, accompany the fillets with a garnish of roasted potatoes.
