Preparation
Cut the meat into cubes, marinate in a bowl. Add the wine vinegar, chopped garlic , salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil.
Cut purple onion into large squares and pineapple into triangles or cubes.
Insert a cube of meat, one of onion and another of pineapple in each skewer stick previously moistened. Make the number of skewers you want.
You can varnish the skewers with barbecue sauce before putting them on the fire.
Take a broiler, grill or pan and cook on each side for about 5 minutes or until they are golden brown and the meat is cooked to the desired term.
