The cilantro rib eye is a very easy recipe to make that everyone will like and preparation is only going to take 15 minutes. Prepare it!

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 rib-eye steaks of 200 grams each
  • 1 Cup of onion chopped
  • 1 Cup of coriander chopped
  • 2 Green Chiles chopped seedless
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2/3 of Cup of olive oil

    Preparation

    Mix the oil, onion, cilantro and chili.
    Season the rib-eye fillets and cover them with the marinade, leaving them to rest for 30-40 minutes.
    Grill on a grill until the steaks are cooked to the term you like.
    Season the echallot and add the beef consommé and the cognac. Boil until reduced to 2 cups. Put a teaspoon of pepper. Serve the prime rib with this sauce.
