With this simple and delicious recipe of Rib-Eye with Fine Herbs you will be surprised by the delicious taste that meat can have; you will not have to worry anymore.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 rib-eye steaks, of 200 grams each
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fine herbes, chopped
  • 2 Green Chiles, chopped seedless
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2/3 cups olive oil

Preparation

Mix the oil, onion, fine herbs and chili.
Season the rib-eye fillets and cover them with the marinade, leaving them to rest for 30-40 minutes.
Grill on a grill until the steaks are cooked to the term you like.
Season the echallot and add the beef consommé and the cognac. Boil until reduced to 2 cups. Put a teaspoon of pepper. Serve the prime rib with this sauce.
