These steak tacos with bacon are my favorite tacos. The meat is cooked together with the bacon and it has onions, mushrooms, green peppers and chile serrano. They are served in flour tortillas with refried beans and melted cheese. A Mexican delight

Preparation
Season the meat cut into slices (or strips) with English sauce, maggi sauce, salt and pepper.
Fry the meat in the fat of the bacon until it takes color. Remove and reserve.
In the same pot, add the onion and let it stand. Add the green peppers and cook until soft.
In another pot, fry the canned mushrooms together with the serrano peppers with a little oil. Then add them to the pepper mixture, add the reserved meat and cook everything at once.
Finally, add the reserved bacon as well as the cheeses to melt.
Serve on flour tortillas with refried beans and hot sauce.
