Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 steaks
  • 300 grams cherries, boneless
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Put the oil in a pan and add the fillets.
Cook the steaks on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
In addition, mix the cherries halved with the olive oil, the vinegar, the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes and add the parsley and mint.
Serve the steaks bathed in cherry sauce.
