This steak recipe with mustard sauce and balsamic vinegar is very simple to prepare and perfect for a casual but delicious meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 beef steaks, thick
  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Dijon mustard

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Since the pan is very hot, put the steaks. Cook on that side for 2-3 minutes.
Once the juices come out, turn it over and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Remove the fillets from the pan and reserve covered with aluminum foil.
Add the balsamic vinegar to the pan and let it reduce, cooking it 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the dijon mustard mixing well with a balloon whisk.
Serve the steaks bathed in the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany fillets with baked potatoes and asparagus.

TIPS

Accompany this dish with a Malbec wine.

reseña en verdad yo eh estado en muchas redes y soy muy popular en unas redes de cocina pero aqui apenas estoy iniciando a si que te dire mi opinion :esto esta rico por yo lo hize paso por paso pero esta mas o menos porque esta un poco seco y le falta algo más pero esta muy bueno
