Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos beef steak, clean and whole
  • 1 onion, cut in julienne
  • 3 bell peppers, red, orange and green, julienne
  • 6 slices smoked bacon
  • salt
  • English sauces
  • 1 ulna beef rib
  • 1 stick butter, 90 grs
  • parsley, to taste
  • black pepper

Preparation

Clean fillet slice only half of each slice.
Salt pigment, and sprinkle with the rib of beef.
Clarify the butter and with the help of a brush, put a little of this between each slice or slice.
In a skillet without fat put the 6 slices of smoked bacon and fry the approximately 3 minutes to half cooked, remove them and reserve.

Take to the oven previously heated by 230 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes in a covered mold.
