Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 kilo skirt steak
  • 1 kilo chistorra
  • 2 avocados, mature
  • 10 serrano peppers
  • 1/2 kilos roma tomato
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 12 slices manchego cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion

Preparation

Put salt and pepper on the flank steak roast the two meats.
Cut the meat with the chistorra as it is cooked put to heat the flour tortillas with a little butter and the slices of Manchego cheese repeat until you finish with all the tortillas and that they are a little golden to put the carne arrachera and the chistorra.
For the guacamole cut the avocados, the onion, the chile and the tomato saladet mix without stirring too much to put salt to taste and ready.

PRESENTATION

You can put the guacamole aside from the fantastic taco.

TIPS

If you want to brown a little more the flour tortilla will taste a little more special and melt on top of the Manchego cheese would be more exquisite.
